CONFERENCE VENUE AND ACCOMMODATIONS

The meeting will be held in the Sheraton on the Canal Street, New Orleans, a four star hotel. All scientific events, Conference Expo, Meet and Greet will be hosted within this hotel. The hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of New Orleans, just at the entrance to the French Quarter and steps away from the Bourbon Street and Mississippi River. It is close to all attractions that New Orleans offers for the visitors.

October in New Orleans is one of the most desired tourist and conference goers’ locations due to mild weather. As a result, the Hotel rooms availability is limited and pricing is high. We have negotiated a block of rooms with Sheraton on Canal Street at special, discounted room rates for the conference participants. These rates are available only through a dedicated to the meeting booking platform. Please follow the “Book Hotel” link.
